Philly Dips – Some Philadelphia Cream Cheese Classics from the 1950s
Philly Clam Dip
1 garlic clove, cut in half
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
3 tablespoons clam broth
1 7-to 7 1/2-oz. can minced clams, drained
2 teaspoons lemon juics
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper
Potato chips
Rub a bowl with the garlic clove. Combine the cream cheese and clam broth in the bowl, blending until smooth. Add the clams, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and mix well. Serve with potato chips.

1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
1/4 cup well drained finely shredded unpeeled cucumber
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Cash of garlic salt
Potato chips
Combine the cream cheese and cucumber, blending until smooth. Add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt, and mix well. Serve with potato chips.

Philly Ham Dip
1/4 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
1 2 1/2-oz. can deviled ham
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
1/2 teaspoon onion juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper
Potato chips
Gradually add the mayonnaise to the cream cheese, blending until smooth. Add the deviled ham, pimiento, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and mix well. Serve with potato chips.

Philly Party Dip
1/3 cup Kraft French Dressing
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons catsup
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
Potato chips
Gradually add the dressing to the cream cheese, blending until smooth. Add the catsup, onioin and anchove paste, and mix well. Serve with potato chips.

Philly Shrimp Dip
1/3 cup cream
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon onion juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup cooked or canned shrimp, chopped
Gradually add the cream to the cream cheese, blending until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.

Philly Tasty Chip Dip
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cheese
1/2 6-oz. cup Kraft Blue Chip Brand Blue Cheese
3 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Paprika
Potato chips
Combine the cream cheese and Blue cheese, blending until smooth. Add the cream, chives and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with potato chips.

1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons Kraft Cream Style Horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Cauliflowerets
Sliced carrots
Crackers
Combine the cream cheese and milk, blending until smooth. Add the horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and salt, and mix well. Serve with cauliflowerets, carrots and crackers.
